This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between the student and the Institution upon signature by both parties.

This Enrollment Agreement / Application for Admission ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between the student identified below and Private Investigator Training Institute LLC (PITI). By signing this Agreement, the student acknowledges and agrees to all terms, conditions, and policies contained herein and in the institutional catalog.

• Program Title: Florida Private Investigator "CC" Intern Pre-Licensing Course
• Credential Awarded: Certificate of Completion
• Program Length: 40 clock hours
• Delivery Method: 100% Online, self-paced, asynchronous
• Normal Program Completion Time: 1 week (0.25 Months)
• Maximum Completion Time: 6 months
• Class Start: Upon receipt of full payment
  Anticipated Program CompletionDate : One (1) week from the class start date, assuming normal student progress.
• Completion Requirements: Students must complete all instructional modules and achieve a minimum passing score of 75% on the final examination to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Payment Terms:

• Full payment is required prior to course activation.
• Accepted methods: credit card, debit card, online payment portal.
• Course access is granted immediately upon payment.

• Class Start Date: The date the student is granted access to the online course following receipt of full payment.
• Class Schedule: Online, self-paced, 24/7 access
• Completion Requirement: Must finish within six (6) months of enrollment
• Anticipated Program Completion Date: One (1) week from the class start date, assuming normal student progress.

Institutional admission requires:

• Minimum age of 18
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Basic computer literacy and reliable internet access
• Applicants must confirm eligibility to apply for a Florida Class "CC" license under Chapter 493, F.S.

FDACS requirements for Class "CC" licensure are separate from admission and include:

• Meeting eligibility requirements under Chapter 493, F.S.
• Completing this 40-hour training course

Completion of this program does not guarantee licensure.

Private Investigator Training Institute LLC maintains an equitable refund policy in compliance with Rule 6E-1.0032(6), Florida Administrative Code. This policy applies uniformly to all students and is disclosed in both the school catalog and the Enrollment Agreement.

Three-Day Cancellation Right
A student may cancel enrollment within three (3) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and receive a 100% refund of all tuition paid, regardless of whether instruction has begun or course access has been granted.

Refunds After the Three-Day Cancellation Period
If a student withdraws or is terminated after the three-day cancellation period, refunds are issued based on the prorated percentage of the program completed, up to and including 40% of the program length, in accordance with Rule 6E-1.0032(6)(e), F.A.C.
Because tuition is charged for the entire program, refunds are calculated as follows:

Refund Formula:
Refund = Tuition Paid × (1 – Percentage of Program Completed)
Once a student has completed more than 40% of the program, no refund is required.

Application of the Proration Formula

• Before accessing the course: 100% refund
• After accessing the course, but completing up to and including 40% of the program: Prorated refund based on the percentage of the program completed
• After completing more than 40% of the program: No refund required

Because attendance is not taken, the withdrawal date is determined by the earlier of:

• Written notification from the student, or
• The student's last date of academic activity in the Learning Management System (LMS)

Because the program is self-paced and delivered online, attendance is measured through activity in the Learning Management System (LMS).

A student who has no academic activity for a period of 30 consecutive days will be considered inactive and may be administratively withdrawn from the program.

The date of withdrawal for refund purposes will be the student's last date of academic activity in the LMS.

All refunds are issued within 30 days of the institution's determination that a student has withdrawn or upon receipt of a written cancellation request.

The institution charges no nonrefundable fees.

• This institution does not guarantee employment, salary level, licensure, or career advancement upon completion of this program.

By signing this Enrollment Agreement, the applicant confirms that:

I understand that admission to and completion of this training program does not guarantee issuance of a Florida Class "CC" Private Investigator Intern license. Licensure is determined by the appropriate Florida licensing authority.

By signing below, the student acknowledges receipt and review of this Enrollment Agreement and the Private Investigator Training Institute LLC Course Catalog and agrees to be bound by the terms and policies contained in both documents.
