4. COSTUME: Our short film is a 'Wedding gone wrong' comedy. We are keen for a particular COLOUR PALETTE in our Design & Look. Do you have CLOTHES you would wear to a spring garden Wedding that are primarily shades of BLUES (& Greys / whites) in COLOUR? We would expect you to arrive wearing your 'costume' and be comfortable to stay in it all of your call time. In selecting your outfit, please consider dressing to the weather conditions, including 'sensible' dress shoes (no sneakers or thongs) as some outdoor pathways and grassed areas may be uneven. We will film outside (weather permitting). Please consider wearing sunscreen and bring a water bottle. We have an indoor wet weather plan on location, so we won't postpone if it rains. EXTRAS may be asked to send photos of some costume items they have (possibly worn, on a coat hanger or laid out or wearing them) PRIOR to the shoot day. **if you are under 18 please have your Parent / Guardian send images on your behalf**

5. Do you have your own car/transport to get to a Canberra location that isn't near Public Transport? Free outdoor parking is available all day on site.

6. Are you aware this short film will enter into a competition and various festivals (Flickerfest/Specsavers comp, Tropfest, etc)? This means it will not be published for approximately 12-18 months. If it receives any public screenings, we will notify you. After the festival run, you will be credited on IMDb, and we will share the film on socials, and hopefully a local screening too.
7. Do you agree to sign an industry standard MEDIA RELEASE and Code of Conduct form for this production? These will be emailed to you to sign digitally following our acceptance of this EOI. (if under 18, parent/guardians must sign). Once signed, you will be able to be on set, and your image and name will be credited in the film. We will send you Call Sheets with Location and Costume details.
8. Do you have any DIETARY RESTRICTIONS and Intolerances to food? We will be on a homestead/working farm, so outside food is prohibited.Please inform us PRIOR if you REQUIRE to bring a specific food or snack so we can confirm this with the property owners. *Please provide your own water bottle.
