Capricornia Stronger Communities Programme | Round 10

Expression of Interest form
The Stronger Communities program provides grants of between $2,500 and $20,000 to community organisations and local governments for infrastructure projects that deliver social benefits for local communities.

Projects are selected by Members of Parliament and their community consultation committees and are then submitted to the Government for assessment.
Expressions of interest (EOI) for applications close 5pm Monday 2 November 2026.

No late applications will be accepted.

EOI's close at 5.00pm Monday 2nd November 2026 after which time they will be reviewed by a Community Consultation Committee.

Successful EOI's will be nominated to the Department of Industry, Science and Resources.

Successful organisations will be contacted by The Department via email with a link to officially apply for a Stronger Communities Grant. This is expected to be from mid to late December 2026 and these must be completed by 19 January 2027.

The Department aims to assess applications and advise of approval in April 2027 for payment by May 2027 (TBC).
