📅 Class Details

Date: Saturday, 17/10/2026
Time: 10:00AM-12nn (SG time)
Platform: Zoom (link will be sent closer to date)

Class Overview

• This is a live Zoom demonstration class, not a cook-along session.
• Simply sit back, watch and learn as I demonstrate the entire process from start to finish, while explaining my techniques, ingredient choices and troubleshooting tips along the way.
• There’s no need to prepare any ingredients beforehand. You’ll receive the full recipe and lifetime access to the class recording, so you can recreate it at your own pace whenever you’re ready.

🍪 Why Zoom Demo

Instead of rushing to prepare your own tiramisu while trying to follow the demonstration, you can:

• Watch the entire process clearly from start to finish
• Focus on the techniques, textures and visual cues
• Take notes and ask questions during the session
• Learn my ingredient choices, tips and troubleshooting methods

You’ll receive the full recipe and lifetime access to the recording, so you can recreate the tiramisu at your own pace whenever you’re ready—without the pressure of keeping up during class.
