This agreement is secondary in precedent to the Oliver Stables Share-Boarder Lease.

We are excited to welcome you to Performance Equestrian Training & Riding Academy (PETRA), now instructing at Oliver Stables, LLC, in Fairfax Station, Virginia. This move brings meaningful improvements for share-boarders — including an indoor arena, a lighted outdoor arena, interior barn access during poor weather, and a thriving barn community of owners and riders of all levels. Best of all, we remain close to home. Riders should expect to share facilities with other Oliver Stables boarders and to adjust riding and instruction around peak times.

This agreement, along with the two Oliver Stables forms described below, governs your share-board training relationship with PETRA. Please read everything carefully. We are always happy to answer your questions.

We teach entirely in compliance with the Oliver Stables construct. Before your first session, every share-boarder must sign and return all three of the following documents:

• Oliver Stables Share-Boarder Lease — governs the boarding arrangement and facility rules at Oliver Stables. NOTE: Despite references in this document to horse care, vaccinations, and related matters, PETRA is solely responsible for managing all horse and stall care.
• Oliver Stables Release of Liability and of Claims and Rights — required of every person who enters the property, including guests and visitors. PETRA keeps extra copies in our drop-box near the horse and tack spaces (stalls 23-25).
• PETRA Share-Board Training Agreement (this document) — governs the training and instruction relationship with PETRA.

All three documents must be fully executed prior to your first ride. For the convenience of our share-boarders, PETRA maintains a drop-box near our horse and tack spaces (stalls 23-25) where completed forms and check payments may be deposited. PETRA will hand-carry all relevant materials to Oliver Stables on your behalf.

PETRA maintains horses at Oliver Stables. Horse and stall care — as referenced in the Oliver Stables Share-Boarder Lease — is managed entirely by PETRA. Share-boarders are only expected to perform the care tasks agreed upon individually with their PETRA instructor. Any questions about horse care responsibilities should be directed to your instructor.

All new clients are required to complete a paid riding assessment before a Share-Board Training Agreement is finalized. This assessment allows PETRA to evaluate fit, skill level, and horse compatibility so that we can design the most effective and safe training experience for you from day one.

Due to insurance requirements, share-boarders are required to make two separate monthly payments — one to "Oliver Stables LLC" via personal check, and one to PETRA. Both payments are due by the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th.

PETRA	Training and instruction costs. Accepted methods: Zelle (ZelleTag: "petrapay", enrolled under J2i Partners LLC), Venmo (@Jaime-Santucci), PayPal Friends & Family (paypal.me/ridingpetra), cash, or personal check made out to PETRA. PETRA will invoice you monthly.

Monthly payments are not per-ride fees — they reserve your access to our horses and facilities for that month. Share-boarders are responsible for continuous monthly payments to both Oliver Stables and PETRA regardless of planned absences. PETRA will work thoughtfully with each share-boarder, but is required to reschedule only one cancelled lesson per month for any reason.

To terminate this share-board agreement, share-boarders must provide PETRA with 30 days' written notice. If the client terminates with 30 days' notice, any fees already paid for time beyond that 30 day notice period will be refunded on a prorated basis.

Clear, timely communication makes for a better experience for everyone.

• Please arrive at least 20 minutes before your scheduled session to prepare your horse.
• Late arrivals may forfeit their session.
• Please maintain proactive communication with your instructor regarding scheduling, last-minute changes, and relevant details of any independent "hack" riding at Oliver Stables.

Proper attire is a matter of safety, not style. The following are required every time you ride:

• ASTM/SEI certified riding helmet (manufactured within the last 5 years).
• Long pants — riding tights or stretch pants are preferred; slippery athletic pants are not recommended.
• Close-toed shoes with a heel. Crocs and flip-flops are not permitted.

Oliver Stables is an active equestrian facility. Please observe the following at all times:

• Please drive slowly — max 10 mph. Remain alert to horses, people, and other animals.
• Hours of operation at Oliver Stables are 6:30 am – 9:30 pm.
• No smoking anywhere on the property. Oliver Stables enforces a strict no-smoking policy.
• Dogs, cats, and other animals may not be brought onto the property.

Your safety — and the safety of those around you — depends on accurate, current health information.

• Please notify PETRA immediately of any changes to your health, allergies, medications, or physical condition.
• If you have been prescribed an Epi-Pen by a physician, please carry it on your person during your entire time at PETRA — or ensure that an accompanying parent or guardian carries it for the duration of your session.

The following requirements apply to all riders. Each client is individually evaluated — meeting weight eligibility alone does not guarantee suitability for riding.

• Clients must be at least 12 years of age. There is no maximum age limit.
• Maximum client weight is 200 lbs. If this applies to you, please contact us before scheduling — we will discuss options and conduct an individual evaluation.

PETRA reserves the right to modify or end share-board training services and deny access to our horses for any reason. Any unused session fees at the time of termination will be refunded in full.

Occasionally, PETRA uses digital photographs and video of participants to promote equine activities and our instruction — through our website and social media. Images are used only for PETRA's own promotional purposes and are never sold or licensed to third parties. No names are used.

By signing below, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to all terms of this PETRA Share-Board Training Agreement. I understand that this agreement, together with the Oliver Stables Share-Boarder Lease and the Oliver Stables Release of Liability, forms the complete agreement governing my share-board training.
