Hike Preparation
How did you hear about us? Please include name if referred by friend or family member.
What's motivating you to take on this epic challenge supporting Camp Casco in 2027?

What is the extent of your hiking experience? Please be sure to note the longest and/or most challenging hikes you have completed to date.
We want to get an idea of your current pace. Please tell us about a walk or hike you have recently completed: how long was it, how steep was it, and how long did it take you to complete, including breaks?
Do you have experience hiking in the White Mountains? If yes, please describe, and note which hikes you have completed.
Do you have any other relevant athletic experience we should know about? (Ex: running, biking, climbing, etc.)
All Summit Seekers will have a 6-month window from December 2026 through June 2027 to prepare both mentally and physically for this difficult hike on Saturday 6/12. What will you do to prepare for this hike? What do you expect your biggest training challenges to be, and how do you plan to address them?

Fundraising Experience
Each Summit Seeker commits to raise a minimum of $1,000 by June 21, 2027, to help send a child affected by cancer to Camp Casco 2027.

Summit Seekers who go above and beyond in their fundraising efforts will have the opportunity to earn complimentary lodging at Joe Dodge Lodge with our Camp Champions on Friday 6/11 and/or Saturday 6/12. JDL provides warm showers, delicious meals, cozy beds, and the special camaraderie that only comes with being able to relax around the fire and unwind together.

Summit Seekers who raise at least $1,500 will be eligible to receive 1 night of lodging at Joe Dodge Lodge, and Summit Seekers who raise at least $2,000 will be eligible to receive 2 nights of lodging. At least 50% of that commitment must be raised by March 29, 2027, in order to secure your lodging.

Summit Seekers who commit to a $1,000 goal, or who do not reach at least 50% of their commitment by March 29, will be responsible for providing their own lodging before and after the hike.

Participation Agreement
I certify that I am 18 years or older (or will be by June 12, 2027), and am willing to undergo a background check at no cost to myself.
I understand that I am expected to adequately prepare myself both mentally and physically for this challenge. I understand that I should notify Camp Casco immediately if this changes at any time.
I understand that, if selected, I am expected to arrive to AMC Joe Dodge Lodge at Pinkham Notch (in Gorham, NH) by 7 AM on Saturday, June 12, 2027. I understand that I am responsible for providing my own travel to and from the Summit Seekers hike, as well as my own lodging (unless lodging is earned through my fundraising efforts).
I understand that, if selected, I am committing to raise a minimum of $1,000 by June 21, 2027. I understand that, in order to receive complimentary lodging at Joe Dodge Lodge for one night (6/11 or 6/12), I am committing to raise a minimum of $1,500 by June 21. I understand that, in order to receive complimentary lodging at Joe Dodge Lodge for two nights (6/11 and 6/12), I am committing to raise a minimum of $2,000 by June 21. I understand that, in order to secure any lodging, I must reach at least 50% of my fundraising commitment by March 29, 2027.
