Brockwell Live brings together a series of independent music and cultural events in Brockwell Park. In 2026, more than 25,000 lambeth and southwark residents attended, as part of over 140,000 attendees, alongside visitors from across London, the UK and overseas.

Following the granting of planning permission for the 2026 series, we are now developing our proposals for 2027–2031.

We intend to apply for up to five-year planning permission and a new premises licence. This would provide a longer-term framework for Brockwell Live, while importantly, retaining annual oversight of how the events are planned and delivered.

Our proposals build on the event footprint and operating approach established in 2026, alongside a stepped increase in maximum capacity over the five-year period. 

 

The opportunity to comment through this form is additional to the statutory planning and licensing consultation processes. Once applications have been submitted, residents will also be able to make formal representations through the relevant Lambeth Council processes.
