Our Annual Christmas Market will be held on December 12th, from 3:00pm to 7:30pm. We are happy to take registration from those interested in vending to our community! Please read and complete the Vendor Application FULLY and THOUROUGHLY.

Event Logistics Statement of Understanding

I understand that I need to provide all items for my set up: tent, tables, chairs, etc.
I understand that I am limited to a 10x10 space and need to provide a tent
I understand that I need to provide battery operated lights for my tent (or it will be completely dark for your customers) PFC does not have electric hookups available for you.
I understand that set up spaces are first come, first served. You will not choose your space, you will be given a spot by our staff upon arrival. Set up is not until 12:30pm. If you come early, you will still have to wait until 12:30pm.
I understand that the event ends at 7:30pm and you are expected to stay until the end and take all items with you when you go.
I understand that I will be driving to your spot, unloading, parking, THEN setting up. The space is tight and only a few cars at a time will be allowed to be unloaded. If you are setting up before you park, we will kindly remind you to move your car.
I understand that Vendor PARKING will be in the field to the RIGHT of the creamery. PLEASE park where you are told by the parking attendant- at the FARTHEST (farthest from the creamery) end of the field to leave the spots open for our guests and your future customers. The spots in the back by the fence are reserved for staff and emergencies.
I understand that ABSOLUTELY NO cars will be permitted to drive into the vendor area prior to 7:30. If you choose to leave early, you need to hand carry all of your items out. This is for customer safety.
I understand that a small fee of $10 will be collected at check in to go towards making the event even more special and efficient. You may sell your work for whatever price you choose and keep all of your proceeds
I understand that Prigel Family Creamery reserves the right to deny or cancel your vending space due to behavior and interactions that do not align with our core values as a business. We reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time. Please remain respectful, safe, responsible and family appropriate.
I understand that completing this application does not automatically sign me a vendor for this event. Vendors will receive an email within 2-3 business days of completing the application confirming vendor status. If you show up with out a vendor confirmation, you will be denied entrance.
