  • 1. Registration & Payment
    All seminar registrations are subject to acceptance by Lekale Group. Registrations are confirmed upon receipt of a completed registration form and, where applicable, payment or proof of payment.

    2. Invoicing & Payment Terms
    Invoices are payable within 7 days from date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Delegates may be denied access to the seminar if payment has not been received by the commencement date.

    3. Delegate Substitutions
    Delegate substitutions are permitted at no additional cost, provided written notification is received at least 48 hours prior to the seminar start date.

    4. Seminar Changes
    Lekale Group reserves the right to amend seminar content, speakers, venue, or dates should circumstances require. Participants will be notified of any material changes timeously.

    5. Liability
    Lekale Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from attendance at the seminar. Participants attend at their own risk.

    CANCELLATION POLICY

    Cancellations received 14 days or more before the seminar: 100% refund
    Cancellations received 7–13 days before the seminar: 50% refund
    Cancellations received less than 7 days before the seminar: No refund
    No-shows are non-refundable
