Thank you for your interest in the “Holiday Magic” Fundraiser Pageant benefiting the Heart of Sutton Queens of the WV Sweetheart Festival & Sutton Fall Festival!

Join us for a magical morning filled with sparkle, crowns, holiday spirit, and fun as we raise money to support the Landmark Studio for the Arts, our festivals, scholarships, royalty expenses, and other community projects.

🎄 HOLIDAY MAGIC ATTIRE

Each contestant will compete in Holiday Magic attire ONLY.

But what exactly is Holiday Magic Attire? ✨

Holiday Magic Attire is your opportunity to bring the magic, sparkle, and joy of the holiday season to the stage! Contestants should choose an outfit that reflects their own personal interpretation of holiday magic.

Think festive, glamorous, elegant, whimsical, magical, or sparkly!

Outfits may incorporate traditional holiday colors such as:

💚 Green
✨ Gold
❄️ Silver
🤍 White
💙 Icy Blue

Contestants may also incorporate sequins, glitter, velvet, tulle, rhinestones, metallics, feathers, bows, or other festive details.

🎁 BE CREATIVE!

This category does NOT require a traditional Christmas costume.

Contestants are encouraged to choose a look that allows their personality to shine. Your inspiration could come from:

🎅 Santa's Workshop
✨ A Glamorous Holiday Party
👑 A Snow Princess
☃️ A Magical Winter Character
🎁 Or simply the sparkle and joy of the holiday season!

The goal is to capture the FEELING of holiday magic—not to create a costume.

Judges will consider overall presentation, creativity, festive spirit, age-appropriateness, and how well each contestant brings their holiday-inspired look to life on stage.

✨ If it makes you think of magic, sparkle, and the joy of the holidays, it belongs on the Holiday Magic stage! ✨

Registration: 8:45 AM – 9:30 AM
Lineup: 9:45 AM
Pageant: 10:30 AM

Entry Fee

$40 if paid in full by Saturday, October 31, 2026

After October 31, the entry fee increases to $65.

🎄 $10 Family Discount Available!

Applications and payments will NOT be accepted after 11:59 PM on Saturday, November 21, 2026.

🚨 LIMITED TO 40 CONTESTANTS!

We will accept ONLY 40 contestants into the pageant.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

We will also be crowning our 2027 Braxton County Titles!

Eligibility for Braxton County Titles

Contestants wishing to be considered for a 2027 Braxton County Title you must:

• Mark their interest on the application
• Pay an additional $50 title fee
• Submit payment NO LATER THAN October 31, 2026

 

🎄 EVERY CONTESTANT RECEIVES A CROWN & SASH!

Holiday-themed awards, crowns, holiday-colored sashes, and more will be awarded throughout the pageant.

Every contestant will receive a crown and sash! 👑✨

Side awards will be presented for:

👑 Most Beautiful / Most Handsome

Overall Side Awards

Contestants may compete for:

Entry: $20 each

Winners will receive a crown and gift!

📸 PHOTOGENIC

Two Photogenic awards will be presented:

📸 Glitz Photogenic

$5 per photo

Photos must be uploaded with the application.

Winners will receive a crown and gift!

❤️ FAN FAVORITE

$1.00 per vote

The Fan Favorite winner will receive:

We will be collecting food and toys during the pageant.

The contestant who collects the most food will receive an additional:

Every donation helps us make the holiday season a little brighter for someone in our community!

🎁 OPTIONAL GIFT EXCHANGE

Contestants may also choose to bring a wrapped gift valued at $5 or less for their age division.

Participation is completely optional.

The FIRST TEN contestants with FULLY PAID entries will receive:
