    CY's Trunk or Treat Sign-up Form

    Wednesday, October 28th 5:30 - 7:30 pm

  • We are so excited for this year’s Trunk-or-Treat! Thank you for helping make this a fun night for our students and families.

    Please sign up below to host a trunk. Only a limited number of spots are available. Once spots are filled, you will no longer be able to sign up.

    • Each family may sign up for ONE trunk only.
    • Families can begin arriving at 4:30 PM to set up their trunks.
    • Please bring unopened bags of individually wrapped candy or small non-food items such as stickers, pencils, or toys to hand out.
      • Based on previous years, please be prepared to pass out items to 700 children. We are collecting candy donations so there will be a backup supply if needed.

    Best Theme Award: The trunk with the most votes on the PTO Facebook page will receive a $50 gift card!

    If weather causes a cancelation, the event will be held on Thursday, October 29th.

    • No scary displays or costumes are allowed.
    • Keep decorations and outfits fun and family-friendly.
    • All trunks and treats will be inspected before the event begins.
    • An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event.
    • No political or religious advertising is allowed.
