Victory Legion 317 and event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.Vendor spaces must remain clean, safe and within the assigned area. Aisles, exits and emergency equipment must remain clear at all times.Vendors are responsible for following all applicable laws, licensing, health and safety requirements related to their products or services.Respectful and professional conduct is required. Unsafe or inappropriate behaviour, products or displays may result in removal from the event without refund.By participating, vendors consent to photography and video taken during the event being used by Victory Legion 317 and event organizers for advertising, social media and promotional purposes without compensation.Vendors are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, their staff or their equipment.By applying and participating, vendors confirm that they have read and agree to these rules and regulations.
