2027 Dues Increase Vote
The Association Board asks for your yes vote to increase dues to $40 a month.
Deadline to vote is Monday November 30th, 2026.
Association expenses currently outpace member dues by about $3,000 a year. It's unsustainable, and leaves nothing extra for infrastructure upkeep. A yes vote will allow us to continue to maintain the Association. A no vote may lead to Special Assessments to pay the bills. Questions please reach out to secretary@vistaviewvillage.org.
