OVERVIEW + SUBMISSION

We are looking for gifts for our pop up holiday shop. In addition to the gifts we are also interested in holiday based items. i.e. ornaments, cards....

Submission is open to Armory Staff, Instructors and students only.

Submit ASAP deadline of October 23rd. We will add to the shop the order in which submissions were received. We will contact you if you are accepted or need to make any changes to be accepted.

1. The Holiday Pop Shop at the Armory is located in Greenfield Gallery. The shop will run from Nov. 2 to December 28th.

2. The Store will feature affordable, original, handmade fine arts and crafts. Our focus is on one-of-a-kind or very limited production work. No kit work will be accepted.

3. Work should fall into the gift category. This is not a gallery per se. Nothing can sell for more than $500.00. Think holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

WE ALSO WANT ORAMENTS!

4. If selected. Include a supply of your artist/business cards that we can hand out with the products you have sold.

5. The Store is a consignment gift shop. Artists receive 60% of the retail price and the Armory retains 40%.

6. Payment for work sold will be issued by the end of January 2027 after the shop closes. Artist who do not pick up unsold inventory will not receive payment until the work is collected.

7. Due to limited space, the Armory reserves the right to determine the number of items you may consign. The Armory staff handles all displays and merchandising.

8. Inventory must be picked up between January 8, 2027.

9. Reasonable care will always be taken to prevent theft or damage to artwork. However, the Armory is not responsible for payment to artists due to theft or damage. Artists assume risk when selling work at the Armory; we suggest artists insure any items they wish to have covered.
