• Volunteer Sign-Up for Robin Hood Gala

    Thank you for supporting From Page to Stage Productions and our Robin Hood Gala on October 24! 🏹✨ We’re so excited to bring our community together for this special evening, and we couldn’t do it without our amazing volunteers. We’re looking for helping hands with setup and teardown, taking tickets, serving desserts and coffee, collecting donated desserts for the Dessert Dash, organizing the raffle, and helping coordinate the Dessert Dash. Whether you can help before, during, or after the event, your time and energy will make a huge difference in helping the evening run smoothly and creating a fun, welcoming experience for our guests.   • Behind the Scenes Volunteers

  • We’re looking for delicious dessert donations for our Robin Hood Gala Dessert Dash fundraiser! Desserts can be homemade, store-bought, or donated by a professional baker or local business. Each dessert should be large enough to serve a table of approximately 8–10 guests. Cakes, pies, cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, specialty desserts, and creative showstoppers are all welcome. The more variety, the more fun the Dessert Dash will be! Desserts should be dropped off at the Maple Valley Community Center between 1pm-2pm on Saturday, 10/24, or delivery can be arranged before by contacting deanna@pagetostagepro.com.     Saturday, October 24 - Maple Valley Community Center
  • Set-Up Crew Volunteers will help get everything ready for the Robin Hood Gala prior to the matinee performance. Set-up time is 1PM. Volunteers will assist with setting up tables and chairs, placing tablecloths, arranging centerpieces, and preparing the space so it is ready to welcome our guests. (Teen Volunteers Welcome - 1 - 2 Hours)
  • Front-of-the-House Set-Up Volunteers will help transform the space and get everything ready for a fun, polished evening. Volunteers may assist with decorating, arranging tables and displays, setting up the dessert and raffle areas, organizing check-in, preparing coffee and serving stations, and adding the finishing touches that bring the gala together. (Adult Volunteer)
  • Guest Check-In Volunteers will help welcome guests as they arrive at the Robin Hood Gala. Volunteers will greet attendees, check guests in, answer basic questions, and accept any ticket payments or other funds collected at the door. They will help keep the entrance organized and make sure every guest receives a warm welcome as they begin the evening. (Teen Volunteers Welcome - 1.5 Hours)
  • The Dessert Dash Coordinator will help manage the bidding portion of our Dessert Dash. This volunteer will collect the bid envelopes from each table, tally the totals, and determine the order in which tables get to make their dessert selections based on their bids. They will also collect payments, keep the results organized, and make sure the dash runs smoothly, fairly, and quickly once the fun begins! (Adult Volunteer)
  • Dessert Table Volunteers will help keep the Dessert Dash running smoothly during the gala by assisting guests with dessert selections, keeping the tables organized, and making sure the desserts stay neat, attractive, and ready for presentation throughout the evening. (Teen Volunteers Welcome - 3 Hours)
  • Raffle/Auction Coordinator will help keep the raffle organized. This volunteer will keep track of all raffle/auction items, record the winning bidder or ticket holder for each item, check payment information, and help make sure prizes are matched with the correct winners. (Adult Volunteer)
  • Post-Show Breakdown volunteers assist with collecting, organizing, and storing props, costumes, and backstage materials after the final performance. Responsibilities may include returning props to designated storage areas, organizing costume pieces by character, packing supplies, tidying backstage spaces, and helping ensure all production materials are accounted for. Immediately following the final performance.
