• 2026 Edition: Healthcare Executive Compensation Study

  • OVERVIEW
    Aequitas Partners is conducting its 7th Annual Healthcare Executive Compensation Study. We are conducting this study to gain insights into executive level salary and compensation levels (and subsequently trends) across the entire healthcare ecosystem. We will be publishing a full report of the results in December 2026.

    Why Should I Participate in This Survey?
    Participants who complete the survey will help further our industry's understanding of the full salary and compensation data for executives in digital health and how factors, such as gender, race / ethnicity, age, geographic region and educational backgrounds influence salary and compensation. The results will be shared with the global digital health community and can (and should!) be used in all important conversations where compensation is concerned.
     
    Will I Receive the Results of This Survey?
    Every respondent will provide their email address at the end of the survey so that they can receive the results directly when the report is published. The only email you will receive from us is the confirmation of submission and the report itself. You will only receive the full study if you participate. We would encourage you to use an email you know will still be in use in December - i.e. a personal email.
     
    Are My Responses Kept Confidential?
    Yes, your responses will be kept strictly confidential; all data is blinded and aggregated to maintain confidentiality.
