How we can help
- Provide outpatient therapy and psychiatric care focused on mental health symptoms.
- Work alongside a client’s substance use treatment provider, with appropriate authorization, while that provider remains responsible for recovery-specific care.
- Include families through scheduled family therapy or care coordination sessions when appropriate.
The boundaries of our care
- We do not provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT), urine drug screening (UDS), or primary substance use recovery monitoring.
- We do not conduct level-of-care assessments, second-opinion physician consultations, or evaluations requested solely for court, employment, or another overseeing entity.
- We do not provide case management, around-the-clock phone coverage, or 24/7 crisis services.
Clients must be appropriate for outpatient care. If we determine that someone needs a higher level of support, we will recommend an appropriate referral and pause or discontinue outpatient treatment until they are stabilized and able to participate safely at this level of care.
For an immediate mental health or psychiatric crisis, please direct the person to a crisis service or the nearest emergency department rather than submitting a routine outpatient referral.
We value collaborative referrals and welcome a conversation about whether our services fit a client’s ongoing mental health needs.
