Your $10 mockup fee will be applied toward your final order total if you move forward with your order. After your request is received, I'll create your custom mockup and send it to you for approval. Once your design is approved, you'll receive an invoice for your remaining balance. Your order is not officially booked until the mockup fee has been paid.

Because Party Packages include multiple coordinating pieces, I want to make sure we create something that fits your event perfectly. After submitting your request and $10 mockup fee, you’ll have the option to schedule a short planning call or Zoom with me. We’ll talk through your theme, colors, event details, and the pieces you’d like included. After our planning conversation, I’ll create a coordinated mockup for your approval. Once your design is approved, I’ll send your remaining balance and we’ll get everything officially booked!

Agreement 5 - Creative Freedom + Handmade Agreement - Barnes Branding Collaborative items are created and painted by hand, which means each piece is truly one of a kind. Small variations in lettering, paint coverage, spacing, brush strokes, placement, and other details are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. By placing an order, you are giving Barnes Branding Collaborative creative freedom to interpret your inspiration, theme, colors, and requested details in a way that fits the overall design and BBCo style. Mockups are intended to show the general layout and design direction. Because each item is hand painted, the finished product may not be an exact replica of the digital mockup. Once final payment is made, change requests may still be submitted, but changes are not guaranteed and will depend on the stage of production. Additional charges may apply if a requested change requires extra materials, redesign work, or repainting. By approving your mockup and moving forward with your order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of the product and understand that slight imperfections and variations are part of what makes your piece unique.
