SOUTH FLORIDA OVERLANDERS FOUNDATION Assumption of Risk, Release & Waiver of Liability Please read carefully before signing. This is a legal document that affects your rights. I understand that overlanding and off-road travel involve inherent and significant risks, including but not limited to: remote and difficult terrain, changing weather and trail conditions, vehicle mechanical failure or damage, vehicle recovery operations, collisions, wildlife encounters, limited or delayed access to emergency medical care, and other hazards of traveling in wild and undeveloped areas. These risks may result in property damage, personal injury, or death. I voluntarily choose to participate in South Florida Overlanders Foundation events and activities with full knowledge of these risks. I understand that I am solely responsible for my own safety, the safety of my passengers, the condition and operation of my vehicle, and all decisions I make on trail. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself, my passengers, my heirs, and my personal representatives, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the South Florida Overlanders Foundation, its board of directors, officers, organizers, and volunteers (collectively, the "Organization") from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or death that may occur as a result of my participation in Foundation events and activities, whether caused by the negligence of the Organization or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law. I confirm that my vehicle is in safe operating condition and that I carry valid insurance as required by law. I agree to follow event organizers' instructions and to operate my vehicle in a safe and responsible manner at all times. I have read this waiver, I understand it, and I sign it freely and voluntarily.

Photo & Media Release I grant the South Florida Overlanders Foundation permission to photograph and record me during events, and to use those images and recordings for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and marketing materials, without compensation. I understand these materials are the property of the Foundation.
