    All auditioners must be 18 years or older. Compleat Female Stage Beauty contains mature themes. Please audition only if you are seriously interested in being cast. Please read the information below carefully, as it contains critical details about this show, your obligations if cast, and Dominion Stage in general. You must answer the questions and complete this form in order to be considered for casting.

  • Note: Descriptions of all the roles can be found here. If you are auditioning for the roles of Edward Kynaston and/or Margaret Hughes, you will need to also prepare one of our selected monologues in addition to the cold readings from the script. The monologues to choose from can be found here. The monologues do not need to be memorized. For all other roles, nothing is required to be prepared in advance of the audition.

  • CONFLICTS

  • In order for us to put on a successful show, we need to make sure we understand when you may not be available to attend rehearsals or show dates. We ask that you be transparent and honest in listing ALL known or potential conflicts starting from October 21, 2026 through February 21, 2027. We will make every attempt to accommodate schedules.

     

    For each day, please note the time windows where you will be unable to attend. If you have no conflicts, please state so at the top of the conflicts calendar.

     

    Examples of conflicts:

    • You have an existing obligation every Thursday evening from 7-9 PM.
    • You have an existing event on Saturday, January 9, 2027 from 3-5 PM.

  • LIABILITY WAIVER

  • In consideration of the rights granted Dominion Stage (DS) allowing the undersigned to participate in any DS activity, the undersigned releases and discharges DS and its officers and agents from any and all liability of any nature rising from damage and/or injury which may be sustained by the undersigned in consequence of, or in any other relating participation in, any and all rehearsals for productions, and all other DS activities at any time during the undersigned affiliation with DS. As part of this liability release, and for insurance purposes, I also agree to join Dominion Stage as a member, paying the $25 performance membership fee prior to the start of the production/rehearsal process. I agree to wear the costumes, makeup and hair designed for me, and, as required, provide my own shoes, hose and/or socks, as approved by the designer. I will participate in the load in/reset and strike of the set.
