All jewelry orders are final sale once the order has been placed.Because jewelry is ordered specifically for the customer and may be purchased from a wholesale supplier after payment is received, orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded due to a change of mind, selecting the wrong item or size, no longer wanting the jewelry, or deciding not to pick up the order.By placing an order, you are confirming that you have reviewed the jewelry shown, selected the correct Jewelry Code, and agree to purchase that specific piece.Pickup:Jewelry will be ordered and shipped to the shop for local pickup. Customers will be contacted using the phone number provided at checkout when the jewelry is ready. Customers are responsible for picking up their order after being notified.Piercing the Jewelry:Purchasing jewelry does not automatically include a piercing service. If you would like the jewelry used for a new piercing, please contact 470-455-0764 before placing your order so the jewelry can be reviewed for suitability.Defective or Incorrect Items:If the jewelry arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the item that was ordered, please contact 470-455-0764 promptly after being notified that the order is ready for pickup.
