    You have chosen a different way to experience Orvieto. A few details below will help us prepare your stay, experiences and arrangements with care.

    Please allow approximately 5–10 minutes. Each adult guest should complete a separate registration so that we can accommodate individual dietary, accessibility, emergency and travel information accurately.

  • Because OLS participants and guests make their own accommodation and travel arrangements, La Dolce Vita may be added at a simple Summit rate of $100 per person, per day. Choose the days that work for you. Each selection is subject to availability. Please ask every person to submit their own registration page.

  • To use the scheduled transfer, please arrive at Rome Fiumicino (FCO) by 11:40 AM CET on your program arrival day. Return flights should depart no earlier than 12:30 PM CET on departure day.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUND FRAMEWORK

    March 16–April 30 — 50% refund

    From May 1 — Registration is final and non-refundable.

    Cancellation requests must be received in writing at admin@orvietomusica.org. Orvieto Musica cannot reimburse travel, independently booked accommodation or other third-party expenses.

  • Classic / Lux
    Deposit due January 21, 2027. Balance due March 1, 2027. If an alternative payment plan is needed, contact admin@orvietomusica.org before the posted deadline.

     

    OM Guest Experience

    Payment is requested by March 15 to confirm your La Dolce Vita Guest Experience.

    Registrations received after March 15 are welcome subject to availability, with payment due at the time of registration.

    Your registration lets us begin planning for you; payment confirms your place

     

    OLS + La Dolce Vita

    Your selected La Dolce Vita days are available subject to capacity.

    Payment confirms your reservation. You are welcome to register whenever your plans become clear, including closer to the Summit, provided space remains available.

    For later registrations, payment is due when you reserve.
