BEYOND ALL LIMITS — CLUB EDITIONS
Premium pricing and booking structure for club requests.
SIGNATURE CLINIC 3 Hours | Maximum 25 Players BAL Service Fee: €1,500 Recommended player price: €75/player HALF DAY EXPERIENCE 5 Hours | Maximum 30 Players BAL Service Fee: €2,250 Recommended player price: €100/player FULL DAY EXPERIENCE 7 Hours | Maximum 30 Players BAL Service Fee: €2,500 Recommended player price: €125/player Commercial terms: • The host club’s gross hosting margin is capped at €1,000 per clinic booking/event, including all additional Signature groups combined. • Total participant registration revenue equals actual paying participants multiplied by the actual player fee. • The final BAL fee is the greater of the minimum guaranteed BAL base fee and total participant registration revenue minus €1,000. • The club retains registration revenue minus the final BAL fee, with a maximum positive gross hosting margin of €1,000 before its own costs. • The cap is not a guaranteed €1,000 payment. • If registration revenue is below the BAL minimum booking fee, the club remains responsible for the shortfall. • All revenue above the minimum BAL fee plus €1,000 goes to BAL, even if the club charges a higher player price. • Travel, accommodation, and other separately agreed expenses remain separate. • This replaces any conflicting wording suggesting an unlimited club margin. Examples at full capacity: • Signature: 25 × €75 = €1,875 | BAL €1,500 | club €375 • Signature: 50 × €75 = €3,750 | BAL €3,000 | club €750 • Signature: 75 × €75 = €5,625 | BAL €4,625 | club €1,000 • Half Day: 30 × €100 = €3,000 | BAL €2,250 | club €750 • Full Day: 30 × €125 = €3,750 | BAL €2,750 | club €1,000
