    Our agency is scaling super fast and we’re sitting at about $35,000 for this month which is awesome, but we are looking to scale above $60,000/mo in the next 4-6 weeks. We are hiring because we are expanding.It is a pretty simple model: we run an advertising agency that books appointments for US home service contractors. 35% average close rate on shown demos — meaning roughly every 3rd show turns into a paid commission for you. You will be dealing with inbound leads from ads+ warm leads from outbound(NO COLD CALLING) and after the first 2 weeks base pay of $1k/mo unlocks.
