The Garden Co-operative is working to become one of the world's first worker-owned sex worker co-operatives. We have come together as sex workers to create and maintain spaces - both online and in person - where we can work safely, proudly and free from financial exploitation.
We will promote the individual services and offerings of our members, pool resources to strengthen our collective position, and ensure that our workspaces are owned and operated by us. Guided by our diverse lived experiences working within an increasingly decriminalised industry, we prioritise transparency, fair compensation for our labour, and full autonomy over how we work.
Through collective organising, we will generate funding to secure workspaces, host events, manage co-working environments, produce creative content, and support the growth of other co-operatives within the adult industry.
Together, we are building a self-determined future - dismantling historical structural oppression and improving working conditions across the industry. Overall, our goals are to inspire autonomy, agency and continue our learning journeys 🌱
