    Enter the information below to apply for a booth at the Woodstock Agricultural Society's Family Expo. This will be for parents to sell or swap items and non profit organizations to promote their spring or summer programs.

  • This application will also be used as your information guide. Be sure to check your spam folder, as an email will be automatically sent to you upon completing and signing the form.

    If you are accepted as a vendor, you will receive an invoice via QuickBooks for the number of booths you have requested. We cannot except payments directly through this form.

  • Event date: Saturday, Jan. 23, 2027

    Set up: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. 

    Event time: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

    Location: Oxford Auditorium, 875 Nellis St. Woodstock N4S 4C6

    ALL LOAD IN of items will be done through the east side garage door. The main entrance will be locked during set up. 

    Each booth will be approximately 10 x 10 and include two tables and two chairs. There is limited hydro access so if you would like to be near an outlet, please check off the Yes or No button at the bottom of this page.

    If you require hydro, please bring a 3-prong extension cord, minimum 10 ft in length. Extension cords will not be provided.
