HOLIDAY MAKERS MARKET 2026 VENDOR APPLICATION

Below is the application for the Holiday Makers Market at Benken on Saturday, December 12th from 9am – 2pm.

Applications for this market open October 1st @8am and close October 15th @7pm. Applicants will be notified by end of day on October 20th whether or not they have been selected to be a part of the 2026 market. Vendor fees are due at the time of acceptance to the event, and we will send instructions for payment at that time.

This year we are offering two different options for vendors to choose from:
A Booth space is 8' x 8' and is $60
A Table space is 6' x 4' and is $40
This is a free event for shoppers to attend.

This event will be marketed on our website, on our social media pages via posts and targeted ads, by direct mail postcards sent to 7k Cincinnati residents as well as email campaigns targeting Benken’s loyal customer base of over 21k subscribers.

Select the vendor space type you desire:

Vendor spaces range in sizes. Each vendor is responsible to provide their own tables, chairs and other staging materials. The fee for a space is due upon acceptance to the market.

Please Submit between 3 and 5 high resolution photo examples of your work.

Please note that these images may be used for marketing materials of the event, so it's helpful if they are singular high-resolution images as opposed to an image collage or something with a logo overtop. Feel free to also include a logo for your brand should you have one.

VENDOR SPACE: Benken Garden Center & Florist will not be responsible for any damage or theft of personal belongings or merchandise. Please be careful and responsible for your area and we advise that vendors carry their own insurance. Any accidents caused by a vendor’s set-up or goods will be the responsibility of that vendor. Benken is not responsible for any personal injury during our events. All vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs and staging materials. Electricity is not available for standard vendors unless coordinated ahead of time with the Benken team.

VENDOR FEES: Vendor fees are due at the time of acceptance to the market and are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event.

FOOD: Food vendors are also required to provide at least one garbage can and will be held responsible for any grease or damage to their location. Food vendors are not permitted to serve glass bottled drinks or alcohol on the premises. Vendors may be responsible for the cost of clean up if stains are left under their vendor spot.

STATE SALES TAX: All vendors are responsible for abiding by all tax laws and collecting the appropriate sales tax for Ohio on each sale. For more information about this you can contact the Ohio Department of Revenue or view taxation requirements on their website.

MEDIA RELEASE/CONSENT: All participating vendors release all rights or claims in connection with the photo(s)/videotape in which they appear, for use by Benken Garden Center & Florist and all sponsors. They must understand that the photo(s)/videotape, if used, it will be for the promotional purpose of assisting future Benken markets and events. They waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photos and/or advertising copy. All photos and videos shall constitute the sole property of Benken. They declare that they are of legal age and have every right to have contracted their own name in the above regard.
