Recording of Presentation: Speakers hereby consent, license, and authorize Muskoka Chautauqua to make use of video records, presentation materials, photos, and voice recordings from the presentation. Photos, webinar materials, and audio/video recordings created by Muskoka Chautauqua remain the exclusive property of Muskoka Chautauqua. Photos, webinar materials, and audio/visual recordings created by the Speaker remain the Speaker's exclusive property, with a grant of nonexclusive, perpetual license for Muskoka Chautauqua to use for educational and/or marketing purposes. Photos and audio/video recordings may be used by Muskoka Chautauqua at its discretion, including but not limited to being archived, used in print materials, used in educational presentations, and/or posted to a Muskoka Chautauqua website or social media. If there is particular content of your presentation that cannot be video recorded, audio recorded, or photographed for copyright or other reasons, please let the Muskoka Chautauqua event organizer know in advance. In these instances, these portions of the presentation will be audio recorded for transcription only. Speakers waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any presentation of this recorded participation and/or appearance, regardless of whether such use is under philanthropic, commercial, educational, institutional or private sponsorship.

Participants have found personal promotion of events very helpful for attendance. Could you please promote your event across your personal social media?

I have read and am fully aware of Muskoka Chautauqua's Code of Conduct. I hereby agree to comply with the Code of Conduct and all other Federal, Provincial, and local regulations, and I apply knowing full well I will forfeit my right to participate in the festival if I am found to be in non-compliance. Furthermore, I shall indemnify and hold-harmless Muskoka Chautauqua, its members, agents, board of directors, volunteers and employees, from and against all claims, demands, losses, damages, actions, suits of proceedings, by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to all operations performed by or carried out by his/her agents, employees, or anyone for whose acts he/she may be held liable, howsoever caused. I also agree to the release of my name/business name and/or photographs for use in current or future promotional publications, articles, and website in connection with Muskoka Chautauqua.

Participant Agreement

All participants must sign the following agreement stating that they have read, understand and agree to be governed by the Code of Conduct. By signing below, I certify that all declarations made in this application are accurate and are a true representation of my plans for the Muskoka Chautauqua Arts & Culture Festival. Further, I agree to the collection of my personal information as I have provided in my application and to receive future e-mail correspondence from Muskoka Chautauqua regarding my participation in the Festival.
