NYSPHSAA Student Leadership Conference Interest Survey

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2027 NYSPHSAA Student Leadership Conference! We appreciate you taking the time to submit the Student Leadership Conference Interest Form.

The conference will bring together current 10th- and 11th-grade student-athletes from across New York State for an opportunity to strengthen their leadership skills and learn how they can positively influence their teams, athletic departments, schools, and communities.

Selection Process
Your interest form will be shared with your NYSPHSAA Section, which will determine the students selected to attend from its member schools. Sections will provide their final attendee lists to NYSPHSAA by the end of January.

Once selections have been finalized, NYSPHSAA will contact the selected students directly with additional information.

Please note: You will only be contacted if you are selected to attend the conference.

Overnight accommodations, if applicable, will be planned by your Section. Further details regarding accommodations, transportation, and other event logistics will be provided to students who are selected to attend.
