      Hindsville, AR (Madison County)

      Date: October 24, 2026
      Time: 10 AM
Description: In the Pines is a family-run pumpkin patch that has been a fall tradition in Northwest Arkansas since 1990. It grows more than 60 pumpkin varieties and runs a gift shop stocked with local products. It started with Frankie and Marcie Fitch selling pumpkins at a stand on the family farm, in front of pine trees their son had planted as a 4-H project. We'll hear how the family built a seasonal agritourism business and kept it going across generations.

    • Origami Sake Tour and Tasting | Southwest Region
      Hot Springs, AR (Garland County)

      Date: November 7, 2026
      Time: 10 AM
Description: Origami Sake, which opened in 2023, is Arkansas' first and only sake brewery. Arkansas grows nearly half of U.S. rice and Hot Springs is known for its water, so the location was a natural fit. Its rice comes from Isbell Family Farms, a few counties away, and the brewery's on-site water is naturally mineral-rich. We'll follow Arkansas rice from the field to the bottle and learn how a value-added product can open new markets for growers, then finish with a tasting.
