We present to you the finest Thanksgiving turkeys — pasture-raised outdoors on clean pastures, with plenty of room to forage, move, and live a genuine turkey life under the sun, moon, rain, and grass, alongside their flock.
They get extra forage planted just for them, including sorghum, sunflowers, and buckwheat, and all of their feed is non-GMO. With all the rain this year, the pastures have been especially green and abundant.
The birds receive zero antibiotics and no growth hormones. We’ve partnered again with Trevor at Wholesome Valley to raise these birds to our standards for real, regenerative, clean food.
They are harvested fresh the weekend before Thanksgiving at a small family processor in Baltic, Ohio, where the processing water is kept clean without bleach, so the care taken in raising the birds carries through all the way to your table.
The result is a Thanksgiving turkey raised with intention from beginning to end — for the best possible experience on your holiday table.
We offer two turkey options:
Classic Turkey
Our familiar Thanksgiving turkey with a fuller breast and more white meat. This is the best choice for most families and also the one we’d recommend if you plan to deep fry your turkey.
Heritage Turkey
A slower-growing, old-fashioned turkey with richer, deeper turkey flavor, more dark meat, and a lighter breast. Very delicious and not too out-of-the-ordinary for the family table. These birds are active, can fly, and naturally reproduce. Hens are approximately 8–11 lb and toms approximately 15–22 lb.
Our Recommendation
Classic Turkey
For most families, white-meat lovers, and deep frying.
Heritage Turkey
For adventurous eaters, dark-meat lovers, and anyone wanting a truly special traditional roast.
