AI POLICY
AIGA Philadelphia celebrates the creativity, ideas, and skills of student designers, and all submitted work must represent the entrant’s own creative efforts. The use of generative AI is not permitted in any part of a submission, including the creation, modification, or presentation of the work. This includes but not limited to: AI-generated or AI-assisted images, illustrations, graphics, textures, typography, photography, 3D models, animation, video, audio, or other design elements, as well as mock-ups, product presentations, backgrounds, or other imagery used to showcase the work. For example, students may not use AI to generate a mock-up in which their otherwise non-AI-created design is placed. Traditional creative tools and processes are permitted. By submitting work, entrants confirm that their submission complies with this policy; work may be disqualified if generative AI is found to have been used in its creation or presentation.
