    Please complete the following form to donate an item to the silent auction.

  • 2027 Silent Auction Information
     

    The 2027 Silent Auction will take place in person during the 2027 BC Tourism Industry Conference, February 24-26, 2027 at the Victoria Conference Centre in Victoria, BC.

    We’ll be using Bid Beacon to manage the auction. To enhance your item’s online listing, please upload a photo of your donation when completing this form. Please have your images ready before you begin the submission process.

    In an effort to reduce shipping needs, we encourage the donation of digital gifts and experiences. If you prefer to donate a physical item, please indicate your preferred delivery method on the form.

    Bidding for the auction will be available to in-person conference attendees only.

    Please submit all donation information for inclusion in the Bid Beacon app by February 19, 2027.
