  • Optionally tell us about campers in your party having special dietary preferences or needs, allergies, and/or other special needs.

    Our kitchen team is excellent, but small. We are not able to accommodate food preferences beyond the options listed. 

    Upon arrival at Camp, please introduce yourself to our kitchen team and your server as we will try to get to know you during our family-style meal service. Please inform your server if anyone in your party has a food allergy.

    Please note, while we take great care when preparing our food, our kitchen is not a cross-contamination-free environment. We handle a variety of ingredients that may contain allergens, and despite our best efforts to minimize risks, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contact and cross-contamination.

    Please bring supplemental food for yourself if necessary. Coolers are welcome and ice is available 24/7 at the camp store for a small fee. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Notes for Registrar

    If there's anything we didn't ask about how to handle your Reservation Request that you think important for the Registrar to know, now is the time to tell us!

  • Payment

  • When you press "Proceed to Payment," your Reservation Request will be submitted to our Registrar and you'll be passed to our payment processer (Square) to collect the amount presently due with your Reservation Request.

    Payment is required before we can confirm your reservation. After you pay, we'll send you an acknowledgement containing an explanation of our next steps for confirming your reservation.

  • Payment, Changes, and Cancellation Terms

    Payment will be fully refunded if your reservation is not confirmed. 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you fully or partially cancel more than 30 days before arrival.

    There is no refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival. You will owe the FULL AMOUNT of your stay.
