Facilitator Commitment Statement
- I will support my student if selected for an EAST Conference Leadership Team.
- I acknowledge that my EAST program must attend and fully participate at EAST Conference.
- I will ensure that my student attends the entire Leadership Team Retreat, and I understand that a chaperone must stay with my student at all times during the retreat.
- I will provide transportation for my student to and from the retreat and Conference.
- I understand that my student will have minimal participation with the school team during EAST Conference.
- I understand that my student will not be able to participate in booth setup, present in the booth for judging purposes, or be able to tend to other school Conference needs.
- I understand that if my student is selected for a team and later realizes that they cannot commit to being at the entire event (the retreat and/or Conference), they will be expected to forfeit their position on the team.
