I, (name of family member or friend) will agree to give a permanent and loving home to the cat(s) named above in this agreement (or whatever cats are chosen) in the event. The adopter is at any point no longer able to provide a home for them. Should I need to take over the care of the cat(s), I will immediately contact The Animal Project in order to inform them of this situation. If, for some reason, I am not able to give astable home to the animal(s), I agree to contact The Animal Project immediately to discuss the cat’s welfare.
