• Sprout Accelerator 4-minute Pitch Feedback Survey

  • This is a developmental feedback exercise — not an assessment.

As you watch each venture’s 4-minute pitch, think about:

    • what was clear,
    • what could be strengthened, and
    • what might help them sharpen their story before they pitch again.

Keep your feedback constructive, specific and useful. You don’t need to know everything about the venture — respond to what you understood from the pitch itself.

Sometimes the most valuable feedback is a question, a fresh perspective, or a connection you can offer.

    Practice → Feedback → Refine → Go Again. 🎤

Please can you complete all feedback reviews by Monday 5th October.

If you press the "Save and Continue" button after filling details below, an email link will be sent through.

Note: If a pop-up window appears for Jotform - you are able to select 'Skip Create an Account' at the bottom of the pop-up window.

You can then save your progress as you review and return later, so there’s no need to complete all your feedback in one sitting.
