    This is a working session for enterprises to explore, ideate and co-develop meaningful solutions (e.g. improved HR policies, targeted job redesign, etc.) to help unlock greater productivity and business value from mature employees, through a facilitated co-creation format using real, authentic case stories.

    As seats are limited to 20ā€“25 participants, we are curating attendance to bring together the right mix of enterprises and decision-makers for a productive session. This form is an application, not a registration ā€” please share a few details about your organisation and role so we can review your fit for this session.
