You are enrolling in one or more Harmony Ridge Healing services, including individual sessions, integrated experiences, or packaged programs, facilitated by Genevieve Drennen, Ryan Bishel, and/or Leigh Anne Marshall. Depending on the service selected, sessions may include bodywork, energy healing, belief reprogramming, intuitive coaching, spiritual guidance, Akashic readings, personal development work, and other complementary wellness modalities. These services are intended to support personal growth, self-discovery, and overall well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, mental health, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Client Responsibilities:
You agree to attend your scheduled session(s) on time, actively participate in the process, and take full responsibility for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. You understand that your openness, commitment, and willingness to engage in the work will influence your experience and results.
Refund Policy & Rescheduling/Reuse of Sessions:
All sales are final upon purchase and refunds will not be issued after purchase of a session or package. Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice; however any rescheduled sessions must be completed within one (1) year of purchase. Sessions not used within this timeframe will be forfeited.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 48 business hours. Response times may occasionally be longer during weekends, holidays, retreats, or periods of high client volume.
Client Support
Support is provided through email unless otherwise specified as part of your purchased service or program. Access to practitioners outside of scheduled sessions is limited to reasonable communication directly related to your services. Ongoing coaching, healing, or consultation outside of scheduled appointments is not included unless specifically stated as part of your purchased offering.
Billing Policy:
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is selected and approved through the available payment options provided at checkout. Harmony Ridge Healing does not directly offer or administer financing or installment plans. Any payment plans available during checkout are offered and administered by third-party payment providers. Approval, billing schedules, payment collection, and financing terms are determined solely by those providers. Clients remain responsible for completing all payment obligations associated with their purchase. Questions regarding third-party payment plans should be directed to the applicable payment provider.

Nature of Healing Services:
Certain Harmony Ridge Healing services provided by Ryan Bishel incorporate bodywork, energy healing, and other complementary wellness modalities intended to support relaxation, movement, energetic balance, and overall well-being. Ryan Bishel holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, is certified as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Performance Enhancement Specialist (NASM-PES) and is a certified Reiki Master. His approach integrates these disciplines to provide complementary wellness services focused on supporting the body's natural healing processes. Ryan Bishel is not a certified massage therapist, and the services he provides incorporate bodywork, energy healing, and other complementary wellness modalities that are distinct from massage therapy. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Touch Consent:
Certain services may involve physical touch as part of bodywork, energy healing, or related complementary wellness modalities. By participating in these services, you voluntarily consent to such touch and understand that you may request modifications, decline specific techniques, or discontinue participation at any time.
Emotional Release:
You acknowledge that participation in Harmony Ridge Healing services may involve emotional release, personal insights, or temporary emotional discomfort as part of the healing process. While practitioners provide a supportive environment, you remain responsible for your own decisions, well-being, and any actions taken following a session.
Confidentiality:
All personal information shared in sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law. Your privacy is a top priority.
Right to Refuse or Terminate Services:
Harmony Ridge Healing reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline, suspend, or terminate services at any time if a client's behavior is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate, unsafe, disruptive, or otherwise interferes with the well-being of practitioners, other clients, or the integrity of the therapeutic environment. If services are declined or terminated, any refund, partial refund, credit, or reimbursement will be determined by Harmony Ridge Healing in its sole discretion based upon the circumstances.

Course Purpose. Harmony Ridge Healing sessions are designed to support spiritual development, personal growth, self-discovery, and transformation through coaching, bodywork, energy healing, guided practices, intuitive guidance, discussions, educational materials, and other complementary wellness modalities intended to support emotional release, conscious and subconscious awareness, reflection, and personal growth.
Intellectual Property. All content, including text, images, audio, video, and downloadable materials, are the intellectual property of Harmony Ridge Healing and are protected by copyright law. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Harmony Ridge Healing materials strictly (the “Materials”) in accordance with these Terms of Use (the “Terms”), and paragraph 3, Permitted Use, herein. All content included as a part of Harmony Ridge Healing, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, is the property of Harmony Ridge Healing. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends, or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
Permitted Use. Content is purchased for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, share, modify, or distribute Harmony Ridge Healing materials without express written consent. Arbitration. In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator's award shall be final, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney's fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regard to these Terms or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision, shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms.
Limitation of Liability. Harmony Ridge Healing is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or misuse of this content. It is acknowledged by the user that spiritual development work may involve unforeseen outcomes, or emotional and mental experiences that can be intense and/or unsettling. Any such risk is voluntarily assumed upon session use. HARMONY RIDGE HEALING MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE OR IN ANY SESSION WORK FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL SUCH INFORMATION, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Harmony Ridge Healing, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use or inability to use Harmony Ridge Healing services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Harmony Ridge Healing reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Harmony Ridge Healing in asserting any available defenses.
Refunds and Cancellations. Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by the Refund Policy & Rescheduling section of this Agreement.
Changes to Terms. We reserve the right in our sole discretion, to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Harmony Ridge Healing services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms, and the most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
Entire Agreement. Unless otherwise specified herein, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Harmony Ridge Healing with respect to the Site, Services and Materials, and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and Harmony Ridge Healing. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish of the parties that these Terms and all related documents be written in English.
