DEPOSIT & BOOKING POLICY
A $20 nonrefundable deposit is REQUIRED for all services and goes toward your total.
Deposits must be sent via Zelle to (901) 414-6899.
Your appointment is NOT confirmed until your deposit is received and you receive a confirmation message.
Please cancel or reschedule AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE.
Your deposit may be transferred ONE TIME to a rescheduled appointment. After that, a new deposit is required.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
LATE POLICY
A $5 late fee will be applied at 15 minutes late.
At 20 minutes late, your appointment will be CANCELED, and your deposit will be forfeited.
FINAL PAYMENT
Remaining balances may be paid by Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
Cash App is accepted with an additional $3 processing fee.
HAIR & PREPARATION
Hair is NOT provided. Clients are responsible for purchasing and bringing the required hair for their service.
Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, detangled, and blow-dried (if applicable).
ADDITIONAL FEES
Travel appointments: $30 fee
Same-day/squeeze-in appointments: $35 fee
AVAILABILITY
Saturdays: 6 AM–6 PM
Sundays: 2 PM–6 PM
Appointments are available Saturday and Sunday ONLY!
