Please read everything and fill out one form per pet! 2 pet max per household! Photo submissions close December 1st!
Please read this entire paragraph and agree below.
- By submitting your photo you are committing to purchasing at least one calendar!
- Space is limited with ONLY 72 SPOTS available, so spots are first come first served.
- There will be a 2 pet max per household. If there are open spaces still available then we will post online and request more photos.
- Please only submit cats and dogs!
- Please try to submit high quality photos so you can see your pet clearly in your new calendar!
- Please make sure there is only one pet per photo. No photos of your pets together as this can get confusing for the viewer.
