Order Submission
Payment method
Once you submit your order, the PReS Congress 2027 Sponsorship team will contact you to confirm the order and issue an invoice, to be paid by bank transfer.

Payment schedule
An invoice for 100% of the payment will be sent upon reception of the order form.

The invoice will be payable within 30 days of its reception. 5% interest will be charged on any late payments.

Services which are not duly settled in full by Friday 20 August 2027 will not be provided and/or delivered on site.
VAT is not included in the published prices.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and changes to your original booking must be made in writing to MCI. For cancellations made:

- From confirmation date to 5 March 2027, 25% of the total cost of each item will be retained.

- From 6 March 2027 to 14 May 2027, 75% of the total cost of each item will be retained.
- From 15 May 2027, 100% of the total cost of each items will be retained. No refund will be possible.
