I, the undersigned, acknowledge and understand that participation in Randall Men's Soccer ID Camp (hereinafter referred to as "the Event") involves certain inherent risks, including but not limited to, serious injury, permanent disability, paralysis, or death, as well as property damage. Risks may arise from hazards including but not limited to:Collisions with other participants, spectators, or equipmentUneven playing surfaces and environmental conditions. Unpredictable actions of other participants. Physical exertion and overexertion. Weather-related risks such as extreme heat, cold, or storms. The potential negligence of the Event organizers, sponsors, officials, coaches, or other participants. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Randall University, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, agents, and any other involved parties (hereinafter "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, that may arise from my participation in the Event. This waiver expressly applies to claims for personal injury, property damage, medical expenses, or wrongful death, even if such claims arise due to negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law.

I authorize the Event organizers to obtain medical treatment on my behalf in the case of injury or illness. I assume full responsibility for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation in the Event.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from my participation in the Event, including claims made by third parties or arising from my own actions or negligence.

I grant the Event organizers and their representatives the right to use photographs, video, and other media of me taken during the Event for promotional, commercial, or other lawful purposes, without compensation.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this release. The undersigned parent/guardian consents to the minor's participation in the Event, assumes all risks on behalf of the minor, and agrees to all terms in this waiver.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

I HAVE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT. I UNDERSTAND THAT BY SIGNING IT, I AM GIVING UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE. I SIGN THIS AGREEMENT VOLUNTARILY AND OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
