The Ty Snook Foundation is committed to creating a community where families and children are supported not only in moments of loss, but in the years that follow. Through connection, shared experiences, and meaningful support, the foundation will bring together families who understand one another in ways the outside world often cannot. This will include opportunities for children and surviving parents to gather, grow, and build lasting relationships with others who share their journey. Because community matters, and no family should have to navigate this road alone.
