Thank you for registering as a vendor for the inaugural VILA Fall Fest! We look forward to welcoming you on Saturday, October 31, from 2:00–6:00 p.m. at 2501 Maple Street, Louisville, KY 40211.
This community celebration will salute and honor active duty service members and veterans. Veterans Improving Lives Auxiliary (VILA) is a 501(c)(3) organization with a vision to end veteran homelessness by building pathways to permanent housing, holistic support, and lasting independence.
Important vendor information
Vendor fees: Retail vendors are $50; food vendors are $75. Space is limited. Participation is free for nonprofit organizations.
Equipment: Please bring your own 10-by-10-foot tent, six-foot table, and chairs.
Setup: Vendors must set up between 11:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Candy from vendors: We are suggesting that all vendors bring candy to give out to the children who visit their booths. All candy must be pre-packaged and non-opened.
Insurance: Business vendors are encouraged to carry insurance. Food vendors must have insurance to sell their products. Please email your certificate of insurance (COI) to info@thevisiongroupmarketing.com.
Parking: A designated vendor parking area will be available.
Booth security: Vendors are responsible for their booth and belongings. VILA and The Vision Group Marketing & Consulting are not responsible for damaged or stolen property.
Booth coverage: Please have someone at your booth throughout the festival. If you need assistance, find a member of The Vision Group team.
Mandatory orientation: Vendor orientation will be held October 13 at 6:00 p.m. A meeting link will be emailed before the session.
