Actual funds from the campaigns will be distributed to benefiting organizations following the close out of the program year in June, 2027 after all agreement requirements have been met.

As a benefiting organization, the first $250 of the 40% raised by each participant will be applied toward the disABILITYsa Nonprofit Basic Membership which will be active from Jan - Dec, 2027.

As a Benefiting Organization, all funds received will specifically be used directly in programs and services that benefit individuals with physical, cognitive or sensory disabilities located in the greater San Antonio area.

disABILITYsa reserves the right to determine whether campaign contribution funds will be disbursed as a lump-sum payment or through expense reimbursement, based on factors which include, but are not limited to, organizational reputation, longevity, program effectiveness, and internal stability. This measure ensures responsible stewardship of contributions and enhances community impact for all parties involved.

We will have a representative attend the Coronation event to participate in the ceremony and acknowledge the court member's efforts on Friday, January 29th, 2027. (1 Complimentary Admission. Additional Tickets are $35-$60/person.)

We will recognize the Royal Court member and the Fiesta Especial® contribution in an agency newsletter/website/social media. You will be required to show proof of publication.

Documentation of publication or post can be emailed to fiestaespecial@disabilitysa.org.

As part of receiving funds as a benefiting organization, we will submit a report within 12 months of June, 2027 outlining the impact the funds have made on our organization's mission and work in the local disability community.
