Billing Contact and Delivery Preferences
Sierra HR Partners bills in arrears. Our invoices are generally distributed by the 6th of the month for the previous month’s work. We do not process payments over the phone, but do offer self-pay for our clients who receive electronic invoices. If you choose to pay by credit card, we accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover (we cannot process American Express at this time). There is no payment limit; however, 3% processing fee applies. You may also pay via e-check, with a $2 flat-rate processing fee, as long as the payment amount does not exceed $5,000.00. You may also contact us at billing@sierrahr.com for our banking information if you would like to initiate an ACH through your financial institution.

Our payment terms are 30 days from receipt of an invoice. Payments submitted after the 30-day period may be subject to a late fee. Accounts in significant arrears may be transferred to a collection agency.
