FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDORS

Vendors selling, serving, sampling or giving away food or beverages must comply with all requirements of Lakelands Public Health. Food vendors are responsible for completing the Lakelands Public Health Special Event Food Vendor Application and obtaining any required Public Health approval before participating in the market. Applications must be submitted to Public Health at least 14 days before the event.

At least one certified food handler must be present at the vendor’s booth during all hours of food operation. Vendors are responsible for complying with applicable food preparation, storage, temperature-control, sanitation and handwashing requirements.
