I hereby authorize Wicked K9 Photography to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute, and make any use of any and all photographs of my pet to be used for any lawful purpose.

I authorize the use of my pet's and my photograph for, but not limited to, publication on the internet, magazines, journals, books, articles, etc., provided that it is done for lawful purposes.

I hereby waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my pet's likeness appears.

I hereby waive my right to any royalty or any other compensation with regard to the usage of the photos referred to in this Form.

I agree to this release without being compensated. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of any photo or video of my pet.

I hereby hold harmless and release Wicked K9 Photography from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representatives, executors, or any other persons may make while action on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
