Each officer of the association at the time of their nomination and throughout all times during their candidacy and term(s) of service, must:
- Maintain membership, in good standing, in the Association;
- Discharge, with due diligence, the duties attendant upon the position in which they hold;
- Comply with all Association policies pertaining to activities of the Association in which they participate;
- If nomination is for a regional representative position, are employed or live in the region in which they wish to represent;
- Submit Declaration of Candidacy Form – Form provided to candidate upon notification of candidacy eligibility if not self-nominated;
- Submit Employers Concurrence of Candidacy Form – Must be signed by nominee and co-signed by an agency representative and emailed to jenessa.thornton@sgcityutah.gov. This form was attached to original nomination email.
